Our passion for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests has led us to craft one of the finest units available. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the difference – a tastefully remodeled space with designer features and nautical touches. The entire unit has high end finishes, creating an ambiance of sophistication and relaxation. Upscale tile floors throughout accented with area rugs make the space clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has an island and integrated dining for hosting up to 6 guests. A chef's dream- upgraded with granite countertops, a pantry, and full-sized stainless steel appliances. It opens up to a spacious family room where you can relax by the cozy fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the large, non-reflective TV. Retreat to the two king bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Plush bedding with bedside nightstands each equipped with device charging stations. Both bedrooms have large screen TVs with remotes and feature ample closet space. There is also a queen, pullout sofa bed in the family room with a memory foam mattress. A pack and play is also available. The bathrooms feature granite vanities, unique fixtures, and walk-in showers. Included are spa quality shampoos, conditions and soaps. For added convenience, we have an in-unit washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And, of course, the pièce de résistance – a large, private oceanfront balcony (measuring 23 ft x 7 ft), where you can unwind with seating for four. The balcony is accessible from the family room and back bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. This is one of the things that sets us apart from the other area rentals. We love to take care of our guests and want you to enjoy our space and southern hospitality. Kitchen This unit features a completely remodeled and redesigned kitchen which is different than any other unit you will find in Bluewater Resort. It has a large kitchen island with integrated dining to accomodate 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: * Complimentary snacks * Coffee pods and coffee filters * Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and cleaning supplies * Cooking essentials (basic spices, cooking spray, etc…). to get you going. * Toaster * Blender * Can opener * Tea pot * Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers * Cocktail shaker, bar tools and assorted cocktail glasses * Cutting boards * Cooling racks * Baking sheets * Mixing bowls * Pots and pans * Storage containers * Pot holders and mits * Wide assortment of cooking utensils * Kitchen towel set Bedrooms Fresh bed linens for each bed are included in the base rental price. All beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Each bedroom has 2 phone / device charging stations, and large SmartTVs with remote control. The closets in each bedroom are large with both hanging and drawer space in each. Hangers are provided in all closets. Both bathrooms have all tile, walk in showers. Each full bath has complimentary toiletries. Bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth are provided for each guest. Family Room The family room comfortably seats 6 guests and is equipped with an 85 inch Samsung SmartTV, queen size sleeper sofa, and 2 comfortable chairs. It opens to the balcony and a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. There is also an electric fireplace to add to the cozy atmosphere. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress and linens, pillows and bedding are provided. Laundry * In the laundry room there is a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a coin operated laundry facility at the resort. NO PARTIES! NO SMOKING! NO PETS! NO moving or rearranging furniture/decor Checkin time is 4 PM. Checkout time is 10 AM. Early checkin or late checkout, if available, can be provided at an additional cost and must be approved in advance.
